Client: Couple expecting a baby: Marketing Professional and Trinity College Professor. House Renovations Ireland

Situation: 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, House built in the 1960's. The living room was poorly insulated and there was 29 unused square meters of utility, storage and boiler room. House Extensions Dublin

The clients said the were embarrassed any time they would have guests stay over due to only having one bathroom in the house available.

Task: Create the best bathroom possible with the 29 Square meters of unused space and insulate rooms that were not insulated already.

Action: We supplied and fitted an additional bathroom on the ground floor. Supplied a new boiler, the Viessmann Vitodens Combi Boiler 100 35kw. This size is capable of taking on  a future house extension as well as underfloor heating. New torch on felt roof. Insulated the living room, porch, bathroom and the utility room. New furniture in the utility room.

Garage Conversion with a steel provision to add another storey.

Client: Couple with two children: Both are IT professionals.

Situation: Unused garage. The neighbor is unwilling to allow the use of the party wall. House Renovation Dublin

Task: Convert the garage with a provision to add another room on top of the garage. The ceiling joists to be brought to the same level as the floor on the first floor, in order to become future floor joists. Move gas meter.

Action: We converted the garage using steel frames and we left the party wall untouched. Insulated the floor and walls. Radiator. New composite door. Brick Pointing. New torch on felt roof with zinc cladding. All works supervised by a structural engineer. Kitchen Extensions Dublin

Conservatory Conversion to Extension.

Client: Couple without children

Situation: Old Conservatory with cracked glazing and leaking issues.

Task: Conservatory to extension.

Action: We converted the conservatory to an extension with extra large windows and a fiberglass roof. Wall Insulation was also added.

Task: Convert the adjacent room into a bathroom and wardrobe.

Action: We converted the adjacent room into a bathroom and wardrobe. We added two extra windows, engineered flooring, replaced the electrics.
